Service Description

PortlandFood.Tours offers guided culinary walking tours through Portland's vibrant food scene. Our tours include:

• Guided walking tour with a knowledgeable local expert
• Multiple food tastings at carefully selected restaurants and food establishments
• Insights into Portland's food culture and history
• Small group experience (maximum 10 participants)
• Duration: 2-3 hours

Pricing and Currency

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and include all food tastings and guide services. Prices do not include gratuities for your guide, which are appreciated but not required.

Booking and Cancellation Policy

Booking Confirmation

Your tour is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. You will receive a confirmation email with tour details and meeting location information.

Cancellation Policy

Our tours are non-refundable. However, we understand that circumstances may arise that require you to reschedule your tour.

• Rescheduling: You may reschedule your tour once, up to 72 hours before the tour start time, subject to availability.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the tour start time are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• No-Shows: Participants who do not show up for their scheduled tour will not be eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

Meeting Location

Meeting location details will be provided in your confirmation email. Please arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled start time.

• Weather-appropriate clothing
• Camera (optional)
• Water bottle (optional)

Dietary Restrictions

Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies when booking. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, but cannot guarantee that all stops will be able to provide suitable alternatives.

Group Size

Our tours are designed for small, intimate groups of 8-12 participants maximum, with a strict limit of 10 people per tour. This ensures a personalized experience and allows for easy conversation throughout the tour.

Health and Safety

Your safety is our top priority. All participants must:

• Follow the guide's instructions at all times
• Stay with the group during the tour
• Be aware of their surroundings when crossing streets
• Inform the guide of any medical conditions that may require attention

PortlandFood.Tours is not responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur during the tour.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your personal information is collected solely for the purpose of providing our tour services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

Legal Restrictions

Participants must be at least 18 years old to book a tour independently. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
